Privacy

This site processes only what is needed for membership and the newsletter. The data controller is Behiç Gül.

What is stored

For membership: your email address, language preference and sign-up date. Your password is turned into an irreversible key in your browser; the password itself never reaches the server and is not stored anywhere. When you sign in, your browser keeps only the cookies needed to remember your session.

What for

To create your account, sign you in, show members-only notes and documents, and send new notes by email. Your data is not sold, not used for advertising and not shared for any other purpose.

Service providers

Membership data is kept on Cloudflare, the newsletter list on MailerLite, and membership emails are sent through Resend. These providers may process data on servers outside Turkey.

Retention

Your account is kept until you delete it. Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted automatically within 7 days.

Your rights

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. You can leave the newsletter with the link at the bottom of every email. For any other request under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), write to me on LinkedIn.
